Thanks DVS-I thieved the idea from Carina. She just sent me a genius piece in this same vein for the trashpo mail art call. She called it a trashstory. With these I was actually meaning to call them trashscores
That piece by Carina is breakthrough for sure and it offers a form and concept that I think people can expand on and move forward - like you are doing DK.
This Elgin show has to be the greatest thing that ever happened for Trashpo. It's totally amazing to see what people are sending.
Thanks Lisa, I love the way you put things. I love thinking of these as trash romance novels. I used to looove gothic romance novels-imaging myself as the femme fatale chasing an elusive count around a haunted mansion. I'm really having fun making these!
